I thought the case I had was durable however it was not. I purchased this one because it appears to cover the entire iPod and I am guessing this will further stop it from coming off entirely. IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM. The entire iPod is covered & protected from further damage. Just purchased another one for my 256GB touch before it does the same. I would advise that anyone with an iPod touch invest in one of these covers.
