The other mats that I have used in the past did not help, but after using this mat I didn’t feel any pain. The only drawback is the strong smell that it has. I have used it for two weeks and it continues to smell.

It is so comfortable and squishy. My roommate did one jump on it, and said "You don't even have to do the low impact anymore." The one qualm I have is that I was expecting it to be reversible I suppose, but the textures differ on the sides. I don't know if this is an issue, its not porous, but it does seem kind of cheap. I can't say much about the durability, but for some at home workouts, and hopefully now some stretching/yoga (it's intended purpose) definitely seems right.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mat, flimsy carrying strap

This mat has held up well with several months use on concrete sidewalks. The cushioning is adequate. It does become slippery with sweat, but most do. The only suggestion for improvement I have is that the carrying strap be made of stronger elastic to keep the mat rolled together. Currently the elastic is thin and sags so it sometimes slips off when carrying.
