The description of the product is accurate and it does not include the 400s series. I bought it to replace the ring on a 205 model and it worked great. Pretty sure I saw the one for 406 on amazon somewhere. **Q: Will this fit on the 206 Fluval, the newer model?** A: yes it does **Q: Does this replace the seal that is where to top and bottom connect? I have a slow leak and filter is old.** A: I have a 205 and this is what I replaced to stop my unit from leaking. **Q: does this fit 207 model?** A: I don't believe so.
