Both Cool arrived Unsealed ! Is this normal?** A: Thinking about this your question cam you elaborate what ypu mean by 'unsealed' whst is unsealed. For eg when my 3 arrived each one was inside sellophane bag tightly. Then there's the box inside, open the box there's the container filled with pearls. So l used my brush and dapped it on the pearls much softer and the colour looked better.
