I was able to squeeze it in, but the holes are all in wrong locations for the Samsung S5. Meaning, if you expect to listen to music while running, which I never do, you are out of luck.2) I am of slender-type body and my upper arms are not extremely large (common body features of marathoners) so the band is too long and its width seems too narrow for the heavy Samsung S5.3) LED safety bracelet: No opinion and likely don't need it. Reasons: Running shoes have reflectors. Besides, if I run in the dark, I always wear head lights and other accessories.
