It’s exceptionally sturdy, easy to use, comfortable, steady and looks fantastic. I like the individual cushions on the back and how high the back is. It tilts backwards comfortably and easily with just the right amount of pressure. The hydraulic piston that makes it go up and down has held the chair in place perfectly so far. The controls are simple and easy to use. It rolls very easily on my plastic chair mat and the arms are extremely comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this chair.

My only complaints are the shape in which it was delivered: the box had clearly been opened before it arrived and was falling apart. Someone rummaged around inside before putting it back together. The metal parts are also slightly scuffed, but only noticeable if you’re closely looking.
