The screens work just fine, and were in perfect new condition. However, it is a good thing that they are packed well. Although the box is clearly labeled "Fragile, Pack in Extra Box" fulfillment ignored the shipping instructions and just slapped a label on it and sent it out the door. The internal padding still protected the screen enough so that it arrived intact, but you may not be as lucky. The screen was new, still had the protective film on it, and even had an HP Part number.
