Review: More Than a Purchase — A Kind and Caring Experience - We purchased a Titan Casket through desertcart for my mother-in-law’s funeral, and I cannot say enough good about both the product and the company. The casket was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. More than that, the customer service was exceptional — kind, responsive, and genuinely compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. What stood out most was their concern for my mother-in-law, not just the transaction. My brother-in-law commented several times on how perfect and beautiful the casket was for his mother, and that meant a great deal to all of us. I’m deeply grateful for the care and professionalism Titan Casket showed us when it mattered most. Review: Out of this world beautiful - ok sorry for the title but I got this for a neighbor with no family and purple was her signature color. This is that purple that purple lovers love. It was truly a gorgeous casket in all respects. This isn't the first casket I have ordered through Titan and it wont be the last. They are simply the definition of customer oriented. They called, they double checked, they gave updates, they delivered to the mortuary and confirmed. I didn't have to hound them to do their jobs or wait on hold to find out status. They had it all at their finger tips and kept me up to date on all things. It arrived earlier than expected and everyone I spoke to was genuinely kind, professional and knew what they were talking about. It was such a relief to again be able to know all was done in that respect and at a fraction of the cost compared to mortuaries or cemeteries. I know this was just what she would have wanted and more than I had expected honestly and not a scratch or dent on the purple gloss and beautiful silver detail. If only everything had been so easy and well taken care of. White glove service is all I can say. Simply amazing ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very thankful for this company and the quality. *by K***L on July 16, 2023* Our family purchased a casket previously from this company and were very pleased with the quality. When my Mother passed recently, we decided to check if the company was still available on Amazon. There is a SIGNIFICANT difference in price between a funeral home and buying through Amazon. Don’t let that scare you away. The quality is top notch, the steel gauge is exactly what is required in our state and the company went above and beyond to ensure our casket arrived on time. We knew my Mother would be passing soon so went ahead and placed the order with almost a week to ship. I really wasn’t in a hurry to speed up the delivery since we thought we had plenty of time. Surprisingly I received an email from the company to confirm the details and they shipped the casket next day to the funeral home who would be handling the arrangements. Thank GOODNESS it was shipped so quickly! My Mother passed the day after the casket was delivered. Our first purchase from this company was for my Grandmother and my Mom was so relieved that the casket arrived on time and looked beautiful. We purchased the same casket for my Mom and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. I would without hesitation recommend this seller and their products. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. ## Frequently Bought Together - Titan Casket Elegant Orion Series Handcrafted Steel Casket with Luxurious Royal Purple Finish & White Crepe Interior, Reinforced Handles, Adjustable Bed with Gasketed Sealer - Generic Off White Adult Casket Flag Band for Military Funerals --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/177257297-titan-casket-orion-series-handcrafted-steel-funeral-casket-for-humans](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/177257297-titan-casket-orion-series-handcrafted-steel-funeral-casket-for-humans) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
