By no means is this as effective as my propranolol for stopping a panic attack, but it does allow me try and stop the panic before it's an actual attack. Review: It works to help you relax - I just want to be clear, this device helps you deep breathe (which you can easily do for free) to help you calm down and relax. I struggle with anxiety, and have for most of my life, so I’ve learned a lot of techniques to cope in addition to medication. I found CalmiGo to be slightly disappointing, I was under the impression it was gonna have more to it than it does. Don’t get me wrong, it definitely worked but for the price I’m not sure it was worth it. I could see it being useful during a panic attack, which I will update how that goes when it happens.
