A: The bottle label says 2 tablets have 600mg Calcium (60% daily value).

**Q: How often can I take a tum?**
A: There should be instructions on the back of the bottle as to the dosage.  I’ve only taken my dosage once a day when the symptoms occur.  There is an information phone number located at the bottom of the back of the bottle as well to call for your questions.

**Q: what are the ingredience?**
A: Main ingredient is calcium carbonate. Then a bunch of inactive ingredients. Check their website.
