Review: Excellent and very wide - Really excellent but it may be way wider than you need so check the measurements. I didn’t realize that if you’re doing something like city Row and you’re using your rubber mat for a rower, then you have the rower all the way to one side so that you can use the other side of the mat for stretches and downward dog, and that sort of thing

We’re putting our treadmill on some new flooring, and this mat is exactly what you need! It’s just thicken off that provides enough padding, and the fit is perfect for our treadmill. It flattened out really instantly too. This is a must use under workout equipment.
