The cotton tent and tarp bottom are heavy duty and stay looking nice after use. It does retain heat well, so we sometimes wish there was a way to better vent it without completely rolling up the sides (wish there was an option to have screens along the whole circumference and not just at the door and windows) .

We have had this tent for 3 years now and we love it! It is durable, high quality materials and craftsmanship, beautiful and easy to put up and take down. The cotton tent and tarp bottom are heavy duty and stay looking nice after use. It does retain heat well, so we sometimes wish there was a way to better vent it without completely rolling up the sides (wish there was an option to have screens along the whole circumference and not just at the door and windows) .

Honestly, what's not to like about this? If you're a regular camper, this is a must have. It's a sturdy shelter with lots of room. Fits a queen air-mattress or cot with room to spare. Enough room to sleep and organize your things, even room to entertain when it's raining. If you're in the SCA, it's also a great pseudo period accurate tent.

I bought the 3 meter tent (smallest), to set it up for my daughter as a lounging and play area in our front yard. I set it up yesterday evening on my own, it took 45 minutes for me to do it alone (and for the first time), which I found like a really good time. It was absolutely doable, I didn’t need any help at any point. Instructions were clear, all of the parts came, all of it packaged beautifully! The tent is gorgeous, seems to be of an outstanding material, the floor and canvas are definitely waterproof, HOWEVER (and that is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars), it rained for many, many hours, and water was leaking through the zippers of every window. That was a bit of a bummer for such an expensive tent that is sold as a waterproof tent. Other than that, everything is perfect about it, we love it and I would definitely recommend it and I would buy it again! We are happy!
