The bag says the flour is super fine, but it definitely wasn't. The consistency made my fathead dough rolls and biscuits very crumbly and dry, and I might as well have skipped trying to use it as a breading on chicken tenders. The flour itself tasted weird, and that made anything I made with it taste weird. Maybe get this in a pinch, but I'd definitely buy a brand like Blue Diamond if I could. Which I did. I can utilize Blue Diamond almond flour a LOT better, and in certain recipes, you can hardly taste the difference between Blue Diamond and regular flour.
