A: I have burned them for as long as 2 hours

A: Hello, 
You can definitely use it for insense resins but you have to use electric burner or light them on the stove. It will not light up with a lighter or tourch. You can also watch our video how to light coals on product detail section.

**Q: How do you light them?**
A: Place the coals directly onto the electric burner or stove. 
Turn the heat to the highest setting and let them heat up for about 4-5 minutes on one side (heating times may vary depends on burner you are using) Flip the coals and let them heat on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. When they are red-hot and glowing coals are ready to be used. Please remember coals will not lit up with the lighter.

**Q: Is there any tobacco or other harsh chemicals in this product ?**

Our premium charcoal is made of only coconut shells, they is no chemical or anything other then coconut shells.
