My baby has pretty chunky thighs though and they definitely roll down. I do not think these will continue to fit her till 12 months (purchased 3-12months and she is currently 6 months in the picture) The actual foot portion is a bit big on her now so sizing is just weird, but they don't look too big. Besides the sizing, which is what it is, they are very good quality.
