I used a 12mm bit and it was a perfect fit, so I would say use a 12mm and not a 13mm as is stated.Other than that, a quality product that does all it promises, and in an easy to use way.I would definitely buy and use again as it give a lot of confidence. Knowing me, for hanging things around the house beyond a small picture, I would use these as though cost is more, if I am hanging something it will be up for years, and this really does give piece of mind.Only thing I would like is different option for the provided screw length and perhaps a washer. It comes with 50mm screws and no washers, and I needed a washer, so purchased seperately for a ccouple fo pounds, so no big deal, but I need 80mm screws, but again only a couple of pounds.That said, I knew what I was buying as descripion is accurate and fair, so I can't have any complaints, and I don't. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy *by M***N on 10 December 2024* Used to remount a 4 hook coat rack on a plasterboard wall. Easy to use and coat rack is exceptionally secure on the wall now. Will buy again when needed for other similar jobs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rock solid heavy duty wall mount *by M***Y on 18 January 2022* Loads of problems with my central curtain bracket. Plaster getting worse and worse with ever larger more elaborate rawl plugs. This seems to have fixed it. Good logic.
