If it had buttons I'd wear it most of the winter. All of my dusters are lightweight so I wanted something thicker that I could throw on and go without the bulk of a heavy winter coat. Living in NE Ohio and having my own summer body heat (flashes) I'm often in public throwing off my coat/jacket b/c it's adding to my high temperatures. I'm 5'9" and the bottom of this hits me at the top of my knees. The sleeves are longer as they come past my wrists and can be cuffed. The color is a soft wheat/light beige.
