Review: Not just for rice! - Love this new toy. I was watching videos in FB and kept coming across this kid who’s about 9 and was Asian. He was always doing videos and showing how to just throw things into this and turn it on and wahhhlaaaah! A meal! Genius! It’s not just a rice cooker. To me it’s almost a cross between a fast cooking crockpot and a pressure cooker. I was some rice. Ad either water or broth, all the veggies I want and meat of choice and some soy sauce and it’s done in about 30-40 min! I set it on the regular rice setting. I also made a delicious chocolate cake in it! Mad the mix, greased the inside with pm, poured in batter and turned it on steam for I think 50 min? It was delicious!!! It was an experiment but it worked! So I use this farrrr more than just a little rice cooker, I use it multiple times a week and keep in on the counter. It’s a little big but it’s not ugly so I don’t mind. To me it was worth the money. Makes great rice but even better quick and easy full meals!
