The exfoliation is remarkably aggressive and it’s not really emphasised in the product description. I read one review where someone was using this on their face and I can’t even imagine. There are even some days where I lather the soap in my hands and rub it in on my body because the exfoliating beads are so aggressive for everyday. All that aside, I like the soap. It replaces a liquid exfoliating body wash and another bar of soap for me. The fragrance isn’t too strong for me, either. Got a three pack after trying the one which is better value. I’m melaninated, so it’s good on my elbows and knees. However, after daily use, I noticed after two or three weeks that not only were my arms and shoulders still the same shade as before (or if lighter, minimally so), but my arms were breaking out into these odd, red, slightly painful bumps that went away as I stopped using it. I don't know if it's the apricot kernels or what, but I didn't like that. Also, the smaller the bar of soap gets, the less and less my skin feels soft and the lather isn't as rich. I bought this hoping it would lighten my skin, but it really hasn't.
