Your weather will be much more tolerable than mine. I don't think you would have much, if any, overnight frost. But here's my unprofessional advice: plant after last possible frost in Spring. I planted mine in the fall, as this is when I received my order. I ordered two packages and marked each tuber at planting. Be sure to soak your tubers for the recommended time beforehand as this is important to success. My reason for suggesting Spring for planting is that all I had was leaves come up, and then that was only half of my tubers.
