Review: So far so good. Value for money. - The pump build quality is very good for the price. It has a color screen display to manage the pump, it works but not very advanced. But I am happy with screen as it is one time use. I created a speed schedule using pump screen and control pump on/off schedule using smart switch. All works nice. Noise level is low.
Review: Runs our pool vacuum. - This pump makes an excellent replacement for our previous undersized pump. It runs our suction powered pool vac, Wanda the whale. Our previous pump did not have enough suction to run that pool vacuum. We have a 10,000 gallon above ground pool with a side skimmer and had to adjust the water level a little higher due to the increased flow rate of the new pump.

Bought this on Mar 26th 2023, it started leaking in Oct 2023. I called Vivohome and they said they would contact Amazon and I would be getting an email from Amazon with return instructions within 48 hours. That was on Jan 25th 2024. Today is Feb 5th and I have received no email. I called Amazon and they informed me that they wouldn't email me that kind of information since their return window was over. It would only be the manufacturers warranty. Which makes total sense. I tried calling Vivohome again but got a voicemail that said they were closed. Ill keep trying. *****Update***** Today is Feb 26th, and I am still getting the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are currently trying push my issues onto Amazon which is def not the case. Called VIVOHOME at 11:06am and the message said they were closed and I should try between the hours of 7am-5pm PST. Im in EST so they should have been open according to their hours. This is a nightmare and I know Im probably out the money and a pump, which is really disheartening. ****Final Update*** Feb 22nd I received an email once again stating I needed to contact Amazon which is not the case because I already did contact Amazon. So I called VIVOHOME again on Feb 27th 2024. It was then that I was informed by VIVOHOME that the product I bought from Amazon was considered used and VIVOHOME doesn't extend any warranty's on "used" items. The reason it is considered "used" by VIVOHOME is because the pump was sold on Amazons store front and not VIVOHOMES store front. So buyers beware!!!!! VIVOHOME is a horrible company to try to do business with and I will never again buy from them. Horrible customer service with nothing but the run around. I wish there was a zero star option.
