Second Step: Boil water then wait until temperature drops to 170 to 185 Fahrenheit (76 to 85 C). Third Step: Add tea to pot, then pour your water over tea to steep. Fourth Step: Steep tea between 1 and 4 minutes. Pull tea bag out. Their tea is quality enough you can usually get 3 different steepings from 1 bag.
