**Q: is the padding removable?**
A: Hi. No it’s not. I usually remove from my sports bras But this one is sewn to the inside layer. Doesn’t fold or move around so I actually don’t mind it. Hope this helps.

**Q: I wear a 36 double D would I use a large or extra large**
A: Extra large, it could be me but I found they run a bit small I'm a 38D. It does keep the boys tied down

**Q: I wear a 46 C. What size should I get?**
A: sorry but your bra size is not listed

**Q: Does it hold the girls in while doing jumps, burpees etc?**
A: YES!! It holds them quite well!! My Mama blessed me with some big girls and this is my go to bra for high impact activities. I also have a few of them for daily wear when I am teaching elementary PE and we are not doing high impact.
