Review: THESE ACTUALLY WORK - The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. This serves as a way to seriously stop the struggle of deviated nostrils (or just messed up nostrils in general). Being able to get QUALITY SLEEP is a total game changer in how my day goes. These are not hard to use and they come pretty cheap for how long these boxes will last (one box lasts me months and months (using every night). They ALSO are incredibly durable in terms of stickiness, but not to the point of damaging your pores. I just love these. I've tried many strips in the past and the quality of these have benevolent the best. I've had issues with other brands with them not being sticky enough, but these stick so well, I have to be careful taking them off. I've had surgery to help my breathing and since the surgery, my breathing has only gotten worse, but these strips provide instant relief and open my airways instantly. Will continue to purchase

The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences.
