**Q: Is it pakaged in glass bottles?**
A: No plastic bottles, only PET wrote under the bottles

**Q: Is it vegan??**
A: Yes, it is vegan :)

**Q: Is it delivered with ice packs? Won't it be affected by the heat?**
A: It does not need to be delivered temprature controlled. The culture will only die if exposed consistently to tempratures over 40C, and that doesn't happen duing delivery, especially since the carboard box is a good insulator and keeps inside at least 10C cooler than the outside temp.

**Q: How fresh is your product by the time the customer receives it? How long can it be stored once opened?**
A: 1st time I ordered, I got a batch which was 2 days old. Loved the taste and gave a good review.
After 10 days I ordered another 2 bottles and was surprised to see it was of the same previous batch...
I smelled so bad, I had to throw it away.

Bought this multiple times now and will keep doing so whenever I'm in India. Delicious kombucha. I tried adding flavours as suggested in the packaging but didn't pick up the tamarind flavour. It's great on it own though maybe soon Peepal farm will add flavoured Kombucha to their line but this is delicious as is!
