I came across this cue with an affordable price tag. I decided to take a chance as this company seems new. I recieved the cue very quickly as I am an Amazon prime member which I personally highly recommend. I got the cue which upon opening I noticed the cue was packed really good and over all seems to be a good quality cue especially for the money I paid. Unfortunately I found 2 or 3 very light blemishes, 1 on the wrap and 2 in the clear coat. I test hit the cue and honestly it hit nice. Too bad for the light blemishes as the cue looked nice. I contacted the company and no questions asked I got a replacement upon returning the very lightly damaged cue. The entire exchange experience only took about 10 days total. I got the new cue replacement and it was in perfect shape. I have hit some with the cue and for the money spent you could not get a better cue. Over all great cue and great customer service. I would have given 4 stars but to be fair they corrected the problem, so I gave a more accurate star rating but don't let that be your deciding factor in your purchase of this cue as they resolved the issue promptly. I ended up getting a 5 start product and a 5 star service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome cue! *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2019* This is a beautiful cue! It's solid and doesn't feel cheap. It's straight and I use it several times a week on several games (for about a month now) with about a 90% win rate. Leather wrap still holding up like new. Only tiny issue is the rubber end is a bit loose but nothing that a bit of super glue can't fix with no loss of performance or cosmetics.
