Review: Best kitty toothbrush! - I would give this 6 stars! The kit that I got at the vet came with a terrible stick device that had a brush that was not toothbrush shaped (it is a wedge shaped thing). The bristles were soft but they bent easily when brushing. I selected this toothbrush for two features: brush shape is regular (not flared at one end) so it's not too wide for kitty mouth. And it's made in the USA! And the price is very reasonable. I've been using it daily for more than a week and really like it. The length and width of the soft bristles are *perfect* for kitty mouth. My vet says it's the upper teeth that get the worse plaque buildup as the bottom teeth get some cleaning from the upper teeth. The bristles are soft but because there are lots of them they do a good job of cleaning. The length of the bristle area means that I am covering more area for the same number of brush strokes. And I can get a reasonable amount of the tooth paste on the brush (it has enzymatic ingredients). This is a great kitty toothbrush! Kitty is not particularly happy about brushing but tolerates it. YMMV.
Review: Fantastic Cat Toothbrush - I used to use baby/infant toothbrushes to brush my cat's teeth, and while soft enough, they were just a little too big, to the point that I was sure I was missing the very tiny tooth in the back of the upper jaw. This toothbrush, having much shorter bristles and a smaller head than the baby toothbrush I'd been using most recently, gets farther back in her mouth by virtue of being able to get between her teeth and her lips, meaning I can brush all of her teeth thoroughly. For a cat who has already lost two teeth due to bad genetics, despite brushing, this is fantastic.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small, but still too big for my cats

While it's the smallest toothbrush I have yet to find, it was still too big for my cats' mouths. The bristles are the perfect height. I wish the plastic head was flatter. I'm not sure if it would be possible. I am stuck using qtips. They work but I can't reuse them. It might work for bigger cats, though, and it would be good for toy breed dogs.
