And it is!!-I can't take it when a petticoat is ripping my stockings. This one doesn't.Length is perfect for my dress from FiftiesChic. (On the picture.) If you wear a dress below the knees, you will need a longer petticoat. It comes with a storing bag that allows the fabric to breathe. It may not last for years, but it is useful for as long as it works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 October 2019* I ordered the black petticoat to wear as a skirt with black tie and tails. It is very good quality and not transparent. I am size 10/12 (uk) and the medium was a comfortable fit. I am 5ft 5ins and the skirt was knee length. I aim to get the red and green one for Christmas. At £29.99 it may seem a lot of money, but it is very good quality material and well made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... xl and am a size 14 and could have easily gotten away with a medium *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 May 2018* I ordered an xl and am a size 14 and could have easily gotten away with a medium. It is absolutely beautiful and hasn’t got that cheap sound of rattling that the others I ordered but have now sent back. The material is soft and it’s great under a dress, on its own with top and jacket or fancy dress/dance. It’s a great buy, worth every penny, will buy always from this company and probably soon....... --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/180196512-folobe-womens-tutu-costume-ballet-dance-multi-layer-puffy-skirt](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/180196512-folobe-womens-tutu-costume-ballet-dance-multi-layer-puffy-skirt) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
