The picture quality is clear and vivid. However, the audio leaves something to be desired. There is no bass and it sounds very tinny. I tried playing with the settings but ultimately needed to hook up an external set of speakers to achieve the desired audio. Overall, not a bad little TV, the price is good, but I would definitely have a set of reliable external speakers on hand. ### ⭐⭐ no apps very very poor sound quality *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2020* I had to buy a booster just to be able to hear it and though I ordered the model that was a smart TV with APPS they switched it to be the less quality one. I had low expectations for this as it was one of the cheaper TVs on amazon, but was quite surprised when it arrived. The picture quality is actually way better than I expected. The sound on the TV is OK you can tell the speakers are cheap but other than that the TV has well surpassed my expectations.
