A: Yeh, it isn't great though. I'd go for a cheap Nokia if I were you. I mean it is OK; it works; and it has large buttons and whatnot if that is the main feature of interest for you. I got it for my grandma while she was in hospital and she was able to use it fairly easily.

My mum loved the simplicity of this phone. Great having the sos button just in case of an emergency. Nice and compact and not too bulky. Only negative is it never came with the mains charger just a USB lead. But we had a spare from another phone so used that to charge the phone up. Overall ideal for its purpose.
