Does anyone else have this problem** A: Hi, my wife has been using a Pride Go-Chair for over 12 years. She usually charges it when she goes to bed and the charge will last all day and then some on regular use around the house. We also go shopping or out to the casino for 3 - 4 hours at a time with no problems. NOW the batteries usually last about 1 to 1.5 years and then you see the green light indicator dropping off faster than normal. It seems this keeps happening more often and you then have to change the batteries. I get them from Amazon and it is easy to replace them. Take our the battery pack, undo the small screws, open and remove and replace the batteries making sure the wires are put on the same. Resemble and then it is recommended to fully charge the batteries. I like the gel pack ones. Anyhow, this works and we have more than 10 friends or associates that we have met that have bought the Go-Chair. Hope that helps.
