Form fitting, good quality, light-weight material. Has a slimming quality. Though I am THRILLED with this purchase, I am giving it 4 starts instead of 5 for three reasons...1.) The sizing is off. I am 5'7", 180 lbs. I wear at 34DD bra, 33" waist, 43" hips. Based on the chart, I ordered an XXL so my hips would fit and then planned on taking the dress to a tailor to have the waist & bust taken in. Happily, it fits perfectly everywhere, but be aware that the sizing is off.2.) The top button on the neckline does flop over some. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to notice.3.) As stated in other reviews, the slit in the back is higher. It isn't scandalously high, but enough that if you wear shapewear with short legs (like I do), the shapewear does show ever so slightly.Still VERY happy with this purchase and can't wait to wear it in public for an upcoming meeting! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I call this outfit “noir secretary” *by G***. on January 27, 2018* This dress is stunning. Run, I say. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really liked this dress *by J***D on August 25, 2018* I really liked this dress, but in the picture the dress looked even better. I wish the black outlines on the dress in the picture was evident in the dress. I also wish that the flap on the left would not come up and that the material was a bit thicker. With that being said, other people stated that the material was a not very thick and slightly transparent. Therefore, that was not that much of a surprise for me. I should have ordered a medium, but I went off the measurements on the picture instead of in basing off of what a customer said her measurements wore and the size she ordered.
