I tried numerous waist trainers and this is the best one for my short torso. It doesn’t cut into my butt, and sits just above my lower stomach. It’s a bit hard to get into but after 20 or so minutes becomes bearable and then I could easily go on for hours with it on. Highly recommended. Every time I take it off my waist looks smaller.
