While it drink it the consistency is like a slightly thick milkshake with chewy texture. I probably wouldn't choose Peanut Butter Cookie Dough or Chai Latte flavors again but the Maple Pancake flavor was great... that said with a job that drug tests even though the tiny amount of hemp seeds in those 4 flavors is so small that scientists say I'd need to eat this a million times a day to cause a false positive for cannabis it just isn't worth it to me for the risk so I'll stick the 4 original flavors. I've only tried the Strawberries & Cream with Almond milk (I'll add more about the others soon) but loved it. Generally not a b-fast person however I'm trying to get better at that... so I started here. These are delicious and certainly do you up until much time or even later which is great because the day can get busy.
