However, if it matters to you be aware it isn't made in Africa. *by B***S on March 8, 2018* This is a nice statement piece that is African themed jewelry. I rated this jewelry set as, 'I like it' as opposed to 'I love it' for two reasons. One, a couple of the feathers on the necklace were damaged when it arrived. Nothing huge, a couple of the edges near the tip were stretched out of place. Secondly, the red crystals on the piece are little too short I assumed they would be longer. I guess the crystals are there as a red 'filler' between the feathers. Neither issue was that big a deal since there isn't a lot you can do to protect feathers in transport and the latter is simply a personal preference. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So cute but could be better *by K***E on February 23, 2018* This is a cute necklace. I bought the blue one and then several months later I bought it in red. The feathers are a nice accent if you like them. They are sturdy and attached firmly to the metal loops. After I wore it a couple times I realized my taste didn’t prefer the feathers so I pulled them and the charms off with some pliers. The metal accents in gold and pewter make the necklace more versatile to be worn with my other earrings. The three beads are covered in a fabric ribbon and this is where the necklace could be improved. The ribbon frays at the cut end and the manufacturers should have found a way to seal the ends and secure them firmly to the bead then it would be much better. This is why I deducted one star.
