Originally, I was not happy as there was a lot of skipping on the pages that I printed previously. However, the company contacted me following my original review and stated that they were re-sending the product and that if it wasn't satisfactory, that they would refund my money. I received the new cartridges within the week of the review and it works beautifully as you can see with my updated picture.Would I order again, yes. Even though the first cartridges didn't work, I appreciate them reaching out to me to make it right. I probably would have just went to Wal-Mart and picked up ink at a much higher prices out of convenience. Basically, go ahead and place your order.
