Very happy with the first two orders. But this batch was not good. Texture was very coarse and stingy. Tasted fine but unpleasant looking and feeling. I hope this is just a one off. Removing 1 star. If I get another bad tube I’ll change this to a do not recommend. Original review. It's good! Almost no nose burn like you get from horseradish-based wasabi. Lasts a decent amount of time in the fridge. It tastes fantastic with sushi and sashimi (as you would expect). But I actually prefer the horseradish version for meat dishes and in BBQ sauce.
