Finally I started experimenting with various pumice stones. I discovered that, for removing hard water stains, I liked the pumice to be a little more dense than the other products I had found. I also liked being able to use the handle.I think if you look at the reviews, you will find many reviewers that have had a great experience using this for removing hard water stains. **Q: Will it remove thick urine salts crusted in toilet bowl? The crusts are narrowing the exit and impede flushing! Where the toilet brush does not reach.** A: It removed a very thick line along the waterline for me and also a bad stain in the base of the bowl. The handle is very helpful to reach all over the bowl. **Q: Does this fit in the front and rear hole at the bottom of the Toilet?** A: Not exactly. It gets near both of the holes you are asking about, but did not remove all of the stains there on my first try (we have weird well water), maybe after subsequent tries, it will remove more, only time will tell.
