Designed to meet SAE, ABYC, UL and Coast Guard requirements, 600 volts, 105°C dry, 75°C wet. Safety standards for electrical and gasoline fuel systems CFR 33 Part 183.(BC-5W2).

    This wire is easy to work with. It seems to be more durable than copper wire. I chose this wire because I needed coated insulated wire to run from my electric fence controller inside my house, out of my aluminum frame window to my garden to hook to my poly wire electric fence. I figured this marine wire would withstand being strung overhead outdoors, being out in the rain and weather better than copper wire.
