This waterfall faucet was soooo easy to install and it looks absolutely beautiful in my kids' bathroom!!! The directions were extremely easy to read and I did it all on my own with the exception of having my son use his muscles to help keep the faucet straight and exert pressure onto the basin from the top while I screwed it down from under the sink to ensure it wouldnt leak and had a tight fit. All I needed for tools was a wrench and a Phillips screw driver. Would def buy, again!

**Q: has someone been able to contact this seller? why hasnt amazon taken this seller down after so many problems with the product & no response from them?**
A: I bought and installed 3 faucets. No issues at all.

**Q: Does it support both hot and cold water inflows ?**
A: Of course, single handle hot and cold water control.

**Q: Is there a way to limit the up swing of the handle? The faucet splashes a bit and I'd rather not use the shutoff valves to throttle the flow.**
A: The best way is to use a shut-off valve to adjust the inlet flow rate.

**Q: How can I obtain a deck mounting for my Chrome faucet?**
A: Check Amazon or local hardware store
