The Maille dijon mustard blend is quite good. The spices are about right, neither too hot nor too mild, the texture of the mustard is as I expect, and in ordering the six bottle set, I have enough in my pantry to last for a long while. It has a good, strong, but no overpowering flavor, and the bottles I received were well within their best-by dates.
