Most have the over the foot straps being attached in sole and not on the side making them very narrow for a Really Flat-Footed Person. Then I saw these and read the reviews. The first thing I noted was the straps were attached to the outer part of the sole. Overall it looked well made from the pics and the reviews pushed me over the top to the positive side to try a pair. I have been wearing them for a little over 1 week and happy to say they are everything I was looking for in a sandal. Lightweight but sturdy. They were a little stiff at first but after 2 days they loosened up and now are easy walking. My feet swell on the top part of my foot from Type 2 but these accommodate after breaking them in. So far I am very happy with these. Even wet they don't slip and are easy air dry and/or wipe dry. Good arch support and you can tell it is doing the job. Great value for a sandal in the less expensive range. I must say it was a surprise to find these and them fit my feet well. I did measure my foot length and it was just under 10.5 inches long so I got the size 11 and they are perfect for me. I like a little extra in the front of my toes and behind my heal giving extra protection against a curb bump or any type bump. One thing only, if they would have made the strap tilt up some on for the arch they would be absolutely Perfect Sandals . Still over time they will break in for that and I am Very Happy with this purchase. Hard to find sandals for a Really Flat-Footed person but these are a winner. Its the only flip flops that get tacky when wet. They're also very strongly built. I bought a pair of these for myself. so good i had to buy some for my Son. **Q: How tall is the sole?** A: It was at least an inch. I look for a tall sole because I’m short so if that’s the premise behind your question you’ll be happy. I ultimately returned them though because the quality wasn’t great. Seemed to be made of cheap plastic. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great For Really Flat-Footed People *by T***N on March 30, 2026* I have been looking for some Flip-Flop Sandals for a long time. Well made, etc. However, runs a bit large (long and wide) for my feet. So, I had to return the order. Those with wider feet will appreciate these. Unfortunately, my feets to skinny! ## Frequently Bought Together - KIIU Mens Thong Sandals Indoor and Outdoor Beach Flip Flop - FITORY Men's Flip-Flops, Thongs Sandals Comfort Slippers for Beach - KuaiLu Men's Yoga Mat Leather Flip Flops with Arch Support Comfortable Cushion Walking Thong Sandals Slip On Indoor Outdoor --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/181401421-kiiu-mens-thong-sandals-indoor-and-outdoor-beach-flip-flop](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/181401421-kiiu-mens-thong-sandals-indoor-and-outdoor-beach-flip-flop) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
