Review: Perfect Fit - 2010 F-150 XLT - This fit perfect in my 2010 F-150. I recently purchased a 2010 F-150 with only 30K miles, it was a barn find. This kit worked great, fit really well, and was compatible with the new Pioneer Double DIN stereo I bought for it. It wasn't too difficult to install. If you have any mechanical ability, you should be able to do this yourself. Tip: The passenger side trim is held in place by a bolt that is behind the passenger airbag. You don't have to remove the trim completely, but you do need to move it a bit. I ended up cracking the trim because I didn't know about that bolt. You can remove the bolt if you open and remove the glove box. Take the bolt out so you don't make the same mistake I did. Also, use a safe-pry tool with care. I used a plastic trim tool and still scratched the silver trim panels, which I'm still yelling at myself about. The truck was like it just rolled off the dealership lot.
Review: 13 f150 10/10 recommend - Bought this for my work truck when I needed to upgrade the stereo. I had looked at others that were more expensive but it was going in my work truck so I got this one. I paid a local shop to install my stereo and they showed me one of the more expensive brands Metra to be exact, I couldn't tell the difference. Fits perfect the texture is a little different but not enough to bother me. 10/10 would recommend. The usb charging and android auto lines can be hooked into the old sync spot with some modifications. I had to dremel out some of the plastic then epoxy glued them into place but works and looks great. The only thing I would say is the wiring harness they sent wasn't compatible and I had to buy another one.

**Q: Es para un radio de 9”**
A: Hello, This mounting kit is made for double din size radios.
Which 4X7. You will want to contact your radio manufacture to see if your radio will fit in this kit, or a standard double dine opening

**Q: Will these head unit brackets work for F150 2015 with some cutting?**
A: I have a 14 and yes but I would not buy it again.

**Q: Ordered this and a new pioneer touchscreen radio.  Radio is not powering on at all and all wires from main large harness are connected?**
A: The red wire is the controlling wire for on and off signal. Unfortunately the red wire on the harness connects to absolutely nothing.  You have to customize your connection to an on and off signal somewhere on that vehicle. The red wire is the issue.  I had to get a long extension wire and connect the red wire to one of the wires where you have the hazard button (on top of the double din). One of those wires sends proper signal when you turn the vehicle on and off.  Be careful and take your time.

**Q: What is the harness with the 2 blue and white wires with the black and red plugs for?**
A: The blue/white wires are for factory amplifier turn on signal, and the RCA connectors are for if the vehicle is equipped with a factory subwoofer option.

I have a 2014 STX f150 and the hazard light housing is just too tight, which caused the buttons to get stuck. I had to shave some area from the kit to make it fit not so snug. Quality is good and my dash does not look cheap.
