I would definitely recommend to buy this dress ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pretty but flat *by T***A on 20 August 2019* This dress is very pretty, however, the fullness of the skirt is nothing like the photo and another picture of the same dress in pink has a tule under skirt, my blue version does not. I have had to purchase at extra cost a tule under skirt to get the same appearance. Would have been helpful if the company could be more honest and say a full underskirt may be required to achieve full skirt in the first place. I am left to wonder if I have managed to buy a poorer quality item at the same price of something better. Not 100% happy about this.
