After watching Laura Theodore's tv show and trying a few of the recipes I decided to order her cookbook.  The book is organized very well with nice pictures and instructions to make cooking even easier.  I think this will be a lot of fun to use and will probably order it for my daughter to try.  I would recommend this cookbook to others who already cook Vegan or trying a new way of eating and living.

This is a fabulous cookbook from Laura Theodore. Even if you are not a vegan, her recipes will appeal to anyone who simply wants to incorporate more plant based food in their diet. I especially appreciated the nutritional analysis which helps those of us who count carbs etc. The ingredients can be found in the supermarket. I highly recommend this cookbook.

This is a wonderful cookbook with beautiful pictures and easy to follow recipes.  Laura gives you a wide selection of foods to prepare along with what products, cooking equipment, etc needed to cook her recipes.  The book has everything from appetizers to desserts. If you are going to try to go Vegan, give this book a try.
