Contacted the company which was adamant about wanting a review. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them again, informing them of what happened. They asked me to supply photos of the damage and said another one would be sent….I’m still waiting! Ive used the coasters. They work pretty well. But the holder won’t stay closed which makes them slide across the table. Three of the twelve were either chipped or had a flaw in them that caused a small hole in the surface. I bought them to go with a table that has panels of bright cherry among its wood, but they really are way too orange. See the picture for the coasters on this table. Still, the coaster pattern is lovely, and I like the cork backing. I’ll have to use them elsewhere in the house.
