    Before the product tarnished and I lost a stone (unfortunately about 1 month after I purchased) I truly loved the bling =) If I order again I will make sure to cover with clear nail polish or acrylic.

    please beware that the internal diameter is for the wider tubing such as the littman cardiology, it does have a small foam insert to make it fit the smaller tubing (such as for my pediatric stethoscope, which i bought it for) but it looks tacky. i hadnt ever paid attention to the difference in size of the tubing of different stethoscopes until i saw that this charm didnt fit right. i may have not bought it had i known. but it IS a very beautiful charm.

    I bought this charm (along with a few others) for my sister who recently graduated nursing school, and hopes to be a pediatric or NICU Nurse one day. It came perfect.
