Firstly, this book is beautiful. It's coffee table book material but so much more. I especially appreciate the print quality because so many publishers nowadays try to cut costs by producing books of a substandard quality, this is not one of those.I bought the book at the perfect time too, when trying to eat a little more healthy and I'm considering alternatives to my standard diet which is currently full of wheat and dairy.Thanks to Ditch The Wheat, I'm officially experimenting with coconut flour and almond flour - yep, I started with desserts first. I'm one of those people.As for the savory foods, I love that they genuinely use ingredients that most people can find or even have with a splash of something new here and there to keep the book fun and interesting. I totally recommend this book. High quality print, inspiring recipes.

Brilliant book with pictures to go with it. The recipes are quite easy to follow all though they require a lot of ingredients, which can be quite expensive unless you can afford it. Overall a good book.
