Seriously, though, just as other reviewers have said, they're creamy, and simply delicious. With only two grams of fat per serving, they're fairly guilt-free, too!Preparing them couldn't be easier. Simply add 1-3/4 cups boiling water the instant refried beans in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Cover and let sit for five minutes. They will seem watery at first. As you stir (I used a silicone spatula to ensure no dry beans at the bottom or on the sides of the bowl), they will begin to thicken up, but still seem way too wet when you cover. Once the five minutes is up and you uncover them, voila, perfect, and I mean perfect, refried beans.If you feel any hesitation towards trying these, hopefully, this review will alleviate them.
