While it did fail, the vendor contacted me right away and offered a replacement or refund for the entire price. They were very considerate and wanted to do whatever would make it right. I guess that the failure of one item shouldn't reflect on the entire line. Mine could have been a fluke. I had to order another one, and it's working perfectly. Based on the replacement unit, I have to give this now a 5-star and just put it up to make things happen. The network goes up for a second and then drops. I plugged the main switches and the same thing directly into the back of my router. The vendor contacted me immediately and offered a replacement which is working great.
